We are a coalition of homeowners, advocates, and legal watchdogs exposing a hidden crisis: deed theft and financial abuse carried out by court-appointed trustees, real estate companies, and property management groups. Our focus is not on rentals—but on the deliberate transfer of family homes and generational wealth through manipulated court systems, fake liens, and unmonitored bankruptcies.

📉 The Broken Link: Clerks of Court & Deed Fraud

Clerks of Court are elected officials—but most have no formal training in land records, deeds, or property contracts. These offices are entrusted with the legal backbone of property ownership, yet they are failing the public.

Many clerks are making $300,000 to $500,000 a year in passport and filing fees, while turning a blind eye to fraudulent deed transfers and land theft taking place right under their watch. Some even rubber-stamp forged filings or delay homeowner complaints from reaching judges.

👉 This is not just negligence—it’s complicity.

The courts, clerks, and trustees are operating as one pipeline to steal homes and erase generations of wealth..

The state of Georgia leads the nation as one of the top states for fraud.  

Georgians have lost $33.4 million in nearly 14,000 incidents so far this year, the study said. The median loss is $600.
